Finance, Research Support and Campus
Finance and Campus consists of:
- Budget - Production of annual accounts and budgets, quarterly financial statements and management information for RUC's management board, rectorate and management group.
- Procurement and Tendering - Procurements, among these completion of EU procurements, making arrangements through SKI and FM, and supplier contracts.
- Project Economy - Handling financial management and controlling of external projects, and responsible for the external project auditing.
- Research support - Supports the university’s cross-disciplinary research initiatives and assists researchers in their efforts to secure external funding.
- Accounting - Managing accounting routines (creditors, debtors, payments and asset management), counselling and administration of research projects.
- Campus - Development of the campus, e.g. regarding new building work, maintenance of buildings and interior arrangements.
