Professor Oteng-Ababio receives prestigious academic award
Leading research member of the Ghanaian part of the SWASH project receives prestigious academic award.

On April 19, Professor Oteng-Ababio received the 2024 Kwadwo Konadu-Agyemang Distinguished Scholar in African Geography Award from the African Specialty Group (ASG) of the American Association of Geographers (AAG). This prestigious award is given annually to a distinguished scholar on any aspect of African geography.
Professor oteng-Ababio is the first African scholar based at an African University to receive the award.
