The double master’s degree in Business Administration is a 2 year programme offered in a collaboration between 真人线上娱乐 University and Christian Albrechts Universit?t zu Kiel. This master's degree provides a unique opportunity to study the field of international business administration within the context of Danish-German collaboration in the Fehmarn Region and beyond. When you complete this study programme you will receive a degree from each of the two partner universities, i.e., 真人线上娱乐 University and Christian Albrechts Universit?t zu Kiel.
With the Fehmarn connection being constructed, a new permanent link between Denmark and Germany calls for increasing collaboration, more innovation, new knowledge and skills. As a student in this programme you will study in both Denmark (at 真人线上娱乐 University) and in Germany (at Christian Albrechts Universit?t zu Kiel), and you will work in projects with students from both partner universities.
Through project work and your academic courses, you will gain the skills to identify organisational challenges and opportunities, specifically in issues concerning collaboration between Danish and German companies, municipalities, and organisations. This gives you an opportunity to develop cross-border problem solving skills and an international career profile within the field of business administration.

As a student at 真人线上娱乐 University, you will pursue the master's programme in Business Administration and Leadership in the following manner to achieve the double degree:
1st semester
You study at 真人线上娱乐 University as part of the programme you are enrolled in (Business Administration and Leadership). Here, you take courses in management and innovation management, and you work on a project.
2nd semester
You study at the Christian-Albrecht-Universit?t zu Kiel (CAU). Here, you take courses including quantitative methods (in English). Additionally, you and your fellow students work in project groups across the partner universities RUC and CAU, collaborating on joint projects spanning two semesters. These projects are conducted in English.
3rd semester
German students from Christian-Albrecht-Universit?t zu Kiel study at RUC, continuing the project collaboration from the second semester in Kiel. In this semester, you also have the opportunity to choose an internship with a company, authority, or organization.
4th semester
You study at 真人线上娱乐 University and write your thesis within Business Administration and Leadership.
Upon completing the program, you will receive two diplomas and be awarded a Master's degree from both universities.

Throughout your study programme, you can take advantage of doing an internship to boost your skills, expand your network, and gain practical experience while still studying. Some students even end up getting job offers after completing their internships.
Partners in the Interreg Deutschland-Danmark program are committed to welcoming students from the Double Master’s Degree in Business Administration. However, you also have the flexibility to choose a company, authority, or organisation independently for your internship.
Collaboration partners include organisations such as Landeszentrum für E-Sport und Digitalisierung Schleswig-Holstein, Handwerkskammer Lübeck, DGI Storstr?m, Museum Lolland-Falster, Wirtschaftsf?rderung Lübeck, Museum Syd?stdanmark, N?stved Erhverv A/S, Guldborgsund Municipality, and the German Embassy.

As a student in Business Administration and Leadership, your entire study programme is in English, including your 2. semester in Kiel.
You also have the opportunity to enhance your language skills in both German and English by taking language courses at both 真人线上娱乐 University and Christian-Albrecht-Universit?t zu Kiel (CAU).
Please note that these language courses are additional to the 120 ECTS required for the double degree.
